Abound 2024 – Terms and Conditions
By buying a ticket for Abound Family Camp 2024, you and the members of your party agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions. 4Front management reserves the right to ask any person or party to leave the site and/or programme if they are in contravention of the below.
Tickets/costing
Accommodation and event tickets are purchased separately. Access to the programme requires an event ticket.
Family Weekend Ticket - £169
Adult Weekend Ticket - £65
Child Weekend Ticket - £45
Family Day Ticket - £45
Adult Day Ticket - £15
Child Day Ticket - £10

Refunds
Any refunds will be given at price bought at, not the current price. Refunds will be offered in line with the below:
Accommodation
Less than one week notice – no refund will be given.
2 calendar months or less – a 50% refund will be given.
2 calendar months or more – a full refund will be issued, less a £20 administration fee
Day and weekend tickets
Less than one week notice – no refund will be given.
Less than two weeks – a 50% refund will be given.
Two weeks or more – a full refund will be issued, less a 10% administration fee
Discounts and deals
Any discounts and offers are given at the discretion of 4Front management and are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Site rules
· Lenchwood Christian Centre is an opent site with a public footpath running through it. Please take care of your personal belongings as 4Front Theatre cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items
· Parents/Guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.
· There are hazards on site, please stay out of areas marked out of bounds.
· Dogs are not permitted at Abound Family Camp. The only exception is for registered assistance dogs, for which documentation will need to be provided at the time of booking, and Samson (the dog that lives on site)
· Open fires are a hazard and therefore not permitted during the camp. Any BBQs/campfires etc during the programme will be supervised by a qualified volunteer.
· No drugs are allowed on site except for medical purposes. Anyone found in possession of drugs will be evicted from the site and refused further entry. All drug-related incidents will be reported to the police.
· Smoking is only permitted at the designated smoking shelter (opposite the entrance to the facilities).
· Any aggressive behaviour will result in you being asked to leave the event site immediately and may be reported to the police.
· Between 11pm and 7am, management ask that guests are quiet and respectful to our neighbours and sleeping children.
· After arrival, all vehicles must be moved to the designated car park. Vehicles are not permitted to be parked beside tents or caravans.
· Electric hookups will be marked clearly on each pitch and must not be used by other campers.
· Photography around the site is permitted, and there will be 4Front photographers/videographers during the event, at registration please let us know if your child cannot have photos online. When using cameras around the site, please be mindful of other people’s privacy, and please do not upload photos featuring other people’s children to social media without prior permission.
Safeguarding
4Front Theatre takes safeguarding seriously. During the camp, there is a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) available at all times and all volunteers have appropriate DBS checks. 4Front Theatre’s safeguarding policy can be viewed at www.4Front-theatre.com and is available on request at the Info Point. Any and all safeguarding concerns will be dealt with in accordance with the safeguarding policy.
Whilst the volunteer team aim to help keep children safe, children remain the responsibility of their guardians at all times.
Accesibility
While we will do our best to make programmed events accessible to those with additional needs, Lenchwood is a large rural site, and some areas are unsuitable for wheelchairs
