Covid 19

Covid-19 Statement

4Front Theatre is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our team and audiences, therefore, in accordance with government guidelines, we have sadly had to cancel all engagements up to 30th June 2020. This may be extended and will be reassessed regularly. We hope these ‘cancellations’ will simply be postponements, but at the moment we cannot re-book a later date until we have a clearer understanding of when restrictions will be lifted. This has immediate effect on the following shows:

Fisherman’s Tail

We were halfway through our Scotland & England tours of Fisherman’s Tail when these sadly had to be cancelled. We also had several performances book in May which will also be cancelled. We hope to rearrange these dates as soon as we are able.

Beyond Bars

Our Prisons & Churches tour of Beyond Bars has sadly been cancelled. We hope to rearrange this for 2021.

Conferences, Festivals & One-off Events

We were meant to perform at the ELIM Leaders’ Summit and BUSH conference Cornwall in May & The Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2020 in August. Sadly, all of these events have been cancelled.

We were also meant to be performing at the Mission Aviation Fellowship 75th anniversary in June; this has been postponed to 2021.

What are you doing now?

We have made the decision to furlough our entire team from 1st May. Nat, in her current role with Children and Families at St Peter’s Baptist Church, Worcester, has also be working on a brand-new resource for Churches in this online age: VIRTUAL SUNDAY SCHOOL.

Financial Implications

This clearly has big financial implications on 4Front Theatre as all our work has had to stop. We are thankful now, more than ever, for our regular givers who are currently maintaining our ministry – THANK YOU!

We are aware this is a financially difficult time for many people, but If you feel you could help sustain our ministry by either a one-off gift or becoming a regular donor. PLEASE CLICK HERE.
