The closest thing you get to a experiment, complete with a test group and control group is with Daniel. When Daniel was conscripted into the Babylonian King’s service, along with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, they refused to eat the King’s unclean food and wine and proposed an experiment to prove that they would be just as fit and healthy without it.
They would have just vegetables and water, and for 10 days observe their health compared with everyone else. And sure enough their hypothesis was proved true, they actually ended up healthier than everyone else!
What do you think? A Biblical case for Veganism, or an impressive miracle in spite of Veganism?
